Hendrick’s World Cucumber Day ‘The Cucumber Exchange’ Facebook Promotion
What is the Promotion?
The promotion is a Facebook Messenger Bot that allows customers to receive a ‘Cucumber Token’ which can be redeemed by presenting it via a webpage to a participating bar or pub for one Hendrick’s and Tonic within the promotional period. Every eligible customer who interacts with the messenger bot can receive a Cucumber Token – they can choose to answer a ‘Cucunundrum’ (riddle type question) in exchange or simply go straight to receive the Token.
Dates of Promotion
The ‘Cucumber Exchange’ Chatbot will be live on Facebook from June 8th until June 20th. Cucumber Tokens can be redeemed for a Hendrick’s and Tonic in participating bars and pubs from June 14th until June 20th.
The Prize
One single serve Hendrick’s and Tonic from a participating bar or pub.
Who can Enter
The Promotion is open to anyone who is a resident of the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland and Scotland, and is over the age of 18 years old only (proof of age will be requested).
How to Enter
· To enter this Promotion the Eligible Participant must:
(i) Go to live link to the Facebook Messenger Chatbot that will be hosted on the Hendrick’s UK Facebook Page.
(ii) Start a live chat by answering the questions and confirming you are over 18.
(ii) Go through the steps prompted by the Chatbot, which will offer you the option to answer a Cucunundrum (riddle type question) or go straight to redeem your Token.
(iii) To claim the drink, you must display the ‘Cucumber Token’ on a webpage to a staff member in a participating bar or pub, which will require internet access via a phone or tablet. You must must be over 18 and have proof of identification.
· No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion or to claim the Prize.
· Only one entry per person is allowed.
· The Promoter will not accept any claims entries by any other method, including but not limited to telephone, fax, email, or any other social networking site.
