Some questions
people often ask us

Can I use other types of honey besides wildflower?

Certainly! No two kinds of honey are alike, so substitutions may create interesting and unexpected flavors.

What other herbs from my garden might work in this drink?

Our mixology gardeners have determined that basil and tarragon would both be lovely in this formula..

How many hummingbirds are too many hummingbirds?

This appears to be a trick question.

A brief history of
the Honeysuckle

The aroma and flavor of wild honeysuckle are entirely intoxicating in cocktails. However, this seasonal climber can be tricky to procure, so we set about creating a sublime cocktail inspired by its musky sweetness and intense fragrance, balanced with the freshness of cucumber, mint and lime.
